Orihuela Costa is a quiet residential area located seven minutes drive from Torrevieja. Within walking distance there are pharmacies, numerous bars, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, a supermarket, a fitness center. Good transport links and the presence of 2 bus stops. A five-minute drive away is the commercial center of LA ZENIA BOULEVARD, the tennis and yacht clubs of Torrevieja, and within a radius of only a few kilometers are the golf clubs of Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place to walk.

The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:

350 euros in low season or — 50 euros per day,

980 in average or 140 euros per day,

1400 in high — 200 euros per day.

— 200 euros — a deposit, which is returned, subject to the safety of the property

— final cleaning — 125 euros, paid 1 time upon arrival.
