The 52 m2 apartment is designed for a maximum of five people. It has everything necessary for living: bed linen, towels, dishes and electrical appliances, hair dryer. Conditioner. The rental price includes Internet (fiber optics). Spanish TV (TV with SMART TV function). Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, called the "Park of Nations". It hosts festive events and it's just nice to take a walk with your family there. The historical center of the city is only 7 minutes on foot, to the beautiful embankment — 9 minutes, to the sea — 5-7 minutes. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. NO ANIMALS!

The rental price depends on the season and is:

350 euros per week or 50 euros per day in low season ,

455 euros per week or 65 euros per day in the middle season and

665 euros per week or 95 euros per day in high season .

— 80 euros, paid once upon arrival, for final cleaning

— 200 euros — deposit, which is returned subject to the safety of the property
