A five minute drive from the commercial centre LA ZENIA BOLEVAR and shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs in Torrevieja, and within a radius of a few kilometers - Golf club of Las COLINAS, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. A great place to walk.
The price for a week of rent depends on the season and is:
560 euros in the low season or-80 euros per day,
1330 in the middle or 190 euros per day,
1680 in the high or 240 euros per day.

- final cleaning — 125 euros, paid 1 time on arrival.
